Role Overview
We are looking for a highly energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate Graphic and Visual Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual experiences across web platforms and digital channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design high-converting product websites, clean informational web pages, and scroll-stopping social media creatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design responsive, user-centric layouts for product websites and informational web pages
- Create high-impact digital collateral, ad creatives, banners, and engagement assets for various social media platforms
- Analyze existing designs, perform competitor research, and apply user feedback/data to continuously refine visual strategies
- Translate ideas and project briefs into visual concepts, effectively pitching design choices to stakeholders
- Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all digital touchpoints while continuously evolving the brand aesthetic
Must-Have Skills
- 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic/digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing web design and social media projects
- Figma (or Sketch / Adobe XD) for web layouts, UI components, and wireframes
- Adobe Photoshop (or Illustrator / Affinity Suite) for image editing, composition, and visual assets
- Canva (or similar quick-turnaround design platforms) for fast-paced social media production
- Proven track record in designing user-friendly informational and product websites
- Solid understanding of platform-specific creative guidelines, aspect ratios, and visual storytelling for social media
- Outstanding communication skills with a high-energy, positive, and proactive attitude
- Strong design analysis skills — ability to evaluate what works, what doesn't, and why
- Precision in typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual harmony
- Able to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and iterate based on constructive feedback
