Working as a Technical IT Recruiter with an implementation partner, supporting end-to-end hiring for client projects across the US.
- Partnering with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver qualified IT talent within tight timelines
- Handling full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and advanced Boolean search techniques
- Working on niche and high-demand roles such as ServiceNow Developers, AI/ML Engineers, Desktop Support, Business Analysts, and Cloud Engineers
- Evaluating candidates on technical skills, project experience, and client-specific requirements
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for contract and full-time roles
- Coordinating with vendors, hiring managers, and candidates to and candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment
- Ensuring quick turnaround time (TAT) and high-quality submissions for client delivery
