Job Description
TourMate is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to manage inbound and outbound leads, respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective clients and nurture leads.
- Explain tour packages, pricing, itineraries, and services to customers.
- Convert leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.
- Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable handling calls and WhatsApp conversations.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic English.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, travel, tourism, or customer support will be preferred.
