We are expanding our team and looking for experienced Freight Brokers who can build strong customer relationships, generate revenue, and manage freight operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business.
- Negotiate rates with carriers and customers to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate and monitor shipments from pickup to delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
- Ensure timely communication and resolve shipment-related issues.
- Meet revenue and performance targets.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience as a Freight Broker in the US logistics industry.
- Experience handling both OTR (Over-the-Road) and Drayage freight is required.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of generating revenue and closing freight deals.
