Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

- Lead efforts to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality practices within the development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to build their expertise and support their professional growth.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and testing methodologies applicable to software development.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies across complex application ecosystems.
- Ability to analyze and interpret quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with defect management processes and tools to ensure timely resolution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software products.
