Job Summary:
GPS Precisions is hiring an experienced VMC Operator with hands-on knowledge of 3 Axis VMC Machines for manufacturing industry. The candidate should have experience in machine operation, setting, tooling, and maintaining production quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate VMC Machines efficiently.
- Perform machine setting and job loading/unloading.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Tool selection and tool changing as per requirement.
- Maintain machining accuracy and quality.
- Use measuring instruments for inspection.
- Achieve daily production targets.
- Follow WI and safety standards.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of VMC machine operation.
- Experience on 3 Axis / 4 Axis VMC machines.
- Basic CNC programming knowledge preferred.
- Understanding of tooling and fixtures.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments:
- - Vernier Caliper
- - Micrometer
- - Height Gauge
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Responsible and disciplined.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under production pressure.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
