Job Description – HR Executive Position Title:
HR Executive Department: Human Resources Reporting To: HR Manager / Head – Human
Resources Location: Mumbai, Fort Working Days: 5 Days
Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Executive to support the day-to-day HR operations of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, employee engagement, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance-related activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a good understanding of HR processes and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups. Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation. Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
Attendance & Payroll Support Manage employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules. Coordinate payroll inputs and verify attendance-related data. Maintain employee records and HRMS updates. Assist in salary processing and employee benefit administration.
Employee Relations Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and welfare initiatives. Assist in grievance handling and employee communication. Promote a positive and professional work environment.
HR Documentation & Compliance Maintain employee personal files and HR records. Prepare HR-related letters, notices, warning letters, and other documents. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Support statutory compliance activities and audits.
Training & Performance Management Coordinate training programs and maintain training records. Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations. Track employee confirmations, probation reviews, and contract renewals.
Reporting & Administration Prepare HR MIS reports, attendance reports, recruitment reports, and other HR dashboards. Maintain HR databases and documentation accurately. Support administrative and HR-related projects as assigned. Required Skills: Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations. Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance basics. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software. Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Time management and multitasking skills. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. MBA / PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources. Freshers with HR qualifications and strong communication skills may also apply. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
