Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and communicative Telecaller to connect with beneficiaries and gather updates post-training. This role involves following up with individuals to understand their progress, capturing relevant information, and maintaining accurate records. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact beneficiaries to collect updates on their status after receiving training.
- Record and maintain detailed information on beneficiary progress.
- Address any queries or concerns beneficiaries might have regarding the training.
- Provide regular reports on feedback and progress to the management team.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain an organized database.
- Escalate concerns or issues as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, customer service, or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills in Marathi.
- Ability to actively listen and gather detailed information.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for maintaining records.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and patience.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple follow-ups.
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to data entry and reporting.
