We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate daily shipment activities.
The candidate will be responsible for monitoring dispatched shipments, tracking delivery status, coordinating with courier partners and destination teams, and handling shipment-related issues and customer complaints.
Good communication, follow-up, coordination, and customer-handling skills are required. The candidate should be able to communicate professionally through phone calls and emails and follow up on issues until they are resolved.
Eligibility
- Degree / PG / MBA qualification required
- Relevant experience in logistics/courier operations will be preferred
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
