ABOUT THE ROLE:
We invite applications from qualified and motivated Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) . This role is designed for individuals who seek to apply their technical expertise beyond conventional architectural practice and wish to contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects. The selected candidate will be entrusted with end-to-end project responsibilities, including site supervision, vendor management, design coordination, and progress reporting, while working closely with consultants, contractors, and senior leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure execution in accordance with approved drawings and project timelines.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and school management teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review architectural drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQs); ensure accurate on-site implementation of design intent.
- Coordinate civil, interior, MEP, and landscape works across multiple agencies to ensure seamless project delivery.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Foundational knowledge of construction processes and the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical documents.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project documentation tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and capacity to manage multiple tasks within fast-paced project environments.
- Willingness to travel locally within assigned project locations as required.
- High sense of ownership, accountability, and professional responsibility.
