AI/ML Engineer | 3+ Years
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to build and deploy scalable, production-ready AI solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience developing AI/ML applications using Python.
- Strong foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, predictive modeling, and classification.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI Agents, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, Gemini, or similar models, including fine-tuning or domain adaptation.
- Practical knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or comparable AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS.
- Knowledge of Computer Vision, including classification, object detection, and segmentation.
- Familiarity with NLP technologies such as Hugging Face, spaCy, or NLTK.
- Proficiency with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow/Keras.
- Experience deploying AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of MLOps, MLflow, AI evaluation, observability, vector search, and knowledge graphs.
- Exposure to AI automation platforms such as n8n, Dify, Flowise, or LangFlow is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to independently own projects and translate business requirements into reliable, scalable AI solutions.
- Passion for exploring emerging AI technologies is highly valued.
Nice to Have: Open-source contributions, research publications, technical communities, or experience delivering enterprise-grade AI products.
Pay: ₹418,590.06 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
