We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Head to lead our brand, market expansion, and B2B growth strategy in India and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing and brand strategies
- Position Vajra Rubber as a technology-driven rubber compound specialist
- Drive OEM, Tier-1, and industrial customer engagement
- Support new product launches and customized compound solutions
- Lead digital, content, and technical marketing initiatives
- Work closely with sales and technical teams for lead generation
- Support export and international market development
Ideal Candidate
· Experience in Rubber compound sales.
· Experience in rubber, polymer, elastomers & specialty chemicals.
· Strong B2B and industrial marketing background
· Ability to translate technical performance into customer value
· Exposure to domestic and export markets preferred
Qualification
- Graduate in Engineering / Polymer / Chemistry
- MBA (Marketing) preferred
- 5–10 years of relevant experience.
