Job Summary
Luxzara is seeking an experienced and creative Hair Director to lead our hair team and deliver exceptional styling services. This role is ideal for a passionate professional with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a keen eye for current beauty trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
- Create customized hair transformation plans for clients.
- Train and mentor hairstylists and junior team members.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest international hair trends and techniques.
- Recommend premium haircare products and aftercare routines.
- Ensure salon hygiene, safety, and operational standards are consistently followed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Hairstylist, Hair Educator, or Creative Director.
- Advanced knowledge of haircuts, coloring, balayage, keratin, and hair treatments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and consultation abilities.
- Passion for creativity and innovation in hair design.
Preferred Qualifications
- International salon experience is an advantage.
- Certification in advanced hair techniques is preferred.
- Experience in training and team development.
