We're Hiring: Dispatch Coordinator (OTR Dispatch)
Location: Sector 75, Mohali
Experience: Up to 1 Year
Job Responsibilities:
- Book and coordinate loads through load boards and broker networks.
- Dispatch drivers for OTR shipments and monitor load progress.
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates.
- Maintain dispatch records and load documentation.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
Requirements:
- Up to 1 year of experience in Load Booking or Dispatch.
- Basic knowledge of OTR Dispatch operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with DAT, Truckstop, or similar load boards is a plus.
