Kish Hospitality Consultant – Talent Acquisition Manager in Panjim, Goa.
We are expanding our recruitment team and looking for energetic Talent Acquisition Executives to support our Panjim offices.
Role Overview:-
Manage the full recruitment cycle for our corporate clients – sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding – while partnering with hiring managers to meet talent goals.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Source candidates through job portals, social media and networking (Boolean search is a plus).
- Write clear job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial calls and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipelines in our ATS and track progress.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver top‑tier talent.
Who You Are:-
- 2‑5 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience (corporate or agency).
- Excellent English communication; knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is a bonus.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
- Familiar with ATS tools and major job boards.
- Willing to travel or relocate within the city as needed.
