Job Summary
Alloy Associates is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Operations Executive to join our team in Dhakuria, Kolkata.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting event operations, on-ground event execution, client coordination, vendor coordination, logistics, and day-to-day operational activities.
This role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable with field work, travel, event coordination, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing events and brand marketing activities.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, event teams, and other stakeholders.
- Support on-ground event operations and ensure smooth execution.
- Handle event-related logistics, schedules, materials, and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare and maintain basic reports, documents, and operational records.
- Provide on-site support during events and promotional activities.
- Handle multiple operational tasks and meet deadlines.
- Travel to different locations as required for events and projects.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Must be comfortable with field work and travel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Candidates from Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related backgrounds are welcome.
