We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries and maintaining positive customer relationships.
You don't have to worry about generating leads. Our marketing team will take care of it.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls.
- Explain our services to customers.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer questions and resolve basic issues.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
