Throughout the day, the architect balances strategic planning with practical documentation efforts to facilitate seamless process integration.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of process documentation to ensure clarity and usability across departments.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align project goals and deliverables.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Ability to analyze complex workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business and technical teams.
- Familiarity with change management principles and their application in process implementation.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
