We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Assistant to support daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, accounting processes, vehicle movement tracking, documentation, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily vehicle entry, dispatch, and movement records.
- Maintain operational MIS reports and data using Advanced Excel.
- Handle billing, invoicing, accounting entries, and payment records.
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, customers, and internal teams.
- Maintain PODs, LR copies, invoices, and other logistics documentation.
- Track vehicle availability, trip status, and delivery updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record management.
- Support office administration and logistics operations as required.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
