Undergraduate with minimum 6 months Experience/Graduate Freshers
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions via voice calls, email, and chat
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow company processes and quality standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in customer support
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in voice, email, and chat support
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in international customer support
- Previous senior or team lead experience is a plus
