Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer – Consultant with 5–8 years of experience because the role requires strong hands-on expertise in React, Python, and AWS, along with practical experience in custom ERP and CRM solutions. The 3-month consulting engagement indicates a short-term requirement for an experienced professional who can contribute effectively from the beginning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications, back-end systems, and APIs.
- Develop scalable services and applications using Python and React.
- Build and optimize databases using PostgreSQL and implement caching solutions using Redis.
- Configure and manage web servers such as Nginx and Apache.
- Manage and deploy cloud infrastructure and services on AWS, including cloud storage, APIs, serverless functions, and scheduled processes.
- Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Support deployment and CI/CD processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of custom ERP and CRM solutions.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of relevant full-stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python/Frappe, React.js, Node.js, and AWS.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL database design and optimization.
- Experience with Linux/Ubuntu, Nginx, Apache, and Redis.
- Must have experience with custom ERP and CRM solutions.
- Experience with key AWS services such as S3, EC2, and API Gateway.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates based in Madurai are preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work with new technologies.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
