Job Title: IT Administrator / IT Helpdesk Executive
Location: Paldi, Ahmedabad (On-site with remote support when required)

�� Key Responsibilities
1. Email & Domain Infrastructure Management
Manage organizational email systems, including domain registration, DNS, SPF/DKIM, and admin panel (Zoho, Outlook 365, etc.).
Maintain email user accounts, group aliases, and security settings
2. Employee IT Onboarding & Exit
Handle full IT onboarding of new employees—account creation, device provisioning, email setup, VPN configuration.
Ensure proper IT offboarding including deactivation of access, data backups, and device collection.
3. Microsoft Server & SharePoint Administration
Manage MS Windows Server environments, user roles, access rights, Active Directory, and file servers.
Oversee SharePoint sites and data structures; assist departments in structured document management.
4. LAN, WAN & Network Infrastructure
Maintain the local area network, including switches, routers, structured cabling, and network troubleshooting.
Manage IP address allocations, DHCP, DNS, and ensure network uptime.
5. CCTV, EPABX & Intercom Systems
Maintain surveillance systems (CCTV), including data backups and health checks.
Administer EPABX Matrix intercoms, ensuring availability and connectivity across office floors.
6. Firewall & Network Security (Sophos)
Administer Sophos Firewall: set up rules, manage VPNs, conduct firmware updates, and monitor security threats.
Enforce cybersecurity protocols across all endpoints and educate users on safe practices.
7. Preventive Maintenance
Schedule and carry out preventive maintenance of all IT hardware (PCs, servers, printers, UPS, routers).
Maintain a log for preventive tasks completed and observed risks.
8. IT Asset & Software License Management
Maintain a complete register of all IT assets with details like warranty, location, and assignment.
Track and renew software licenses including antivirus, operating systems, and productivity tools.
9.Cloud & Website Coordination
Manage DNS, SSL renewals, and website hosting via control panel or vendor coordination.
Coordinate with teams using SharePoint, cloud storage, or cloud-hosted apps.
10. Compliance & Documentation
Support adherence to data protection laws including GDPR, HIPAA (US), and ISO 27001 requirements.
Maintain documentation of IT SOPs, access logs, and ensure audit readiness.
11. End-User IT Support
Resolve IT issues raised by employees related to hardware, software, connectivity, and email.
Set and maintain SLAs for resolution timelines.
12. After-Hours Availability
Remain available for post-working hours support (virtual or on-site), especially during critical issues or deployments.
13. Vendor & AMC Management
Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, software subscriptions, warranty claims, and AMC renewals.
14. Process Improvement & Implementation
Stay updated with IT trends and solutions.
Proactively suggest and independently implement process improvements, automations, and cost-saving IT measures.
15. User Training
Conduct periodic sessions or circulate guides on:
o Cybersecurity awareness
o Best practices for SharePoint usage
o New internal tools or policies

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
CCNA certification (preferred) or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience managing full IT infrastructure in a similar role
Proficient with MS Server, SharePoint, Sophos Firewall, LAN/WAN infra
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and process ownership skills
Experience working in a GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO 27001 compliant environment
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
