Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager – Mobile Accessories to manage and oversee the product planning, sales performance, and operational activities of our Mobile accessories sales business.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate must have experience managing a Mobile accessories retail sales business worth at least Rs.5 crores to Rs.10 crores each month from multiple outlets.
- Possess prior expertise in managing various mobile accessories product categories in several retail establishments.
- Must be able to oversee the operations of a mobile accessories business with a strong emphasis on profitability, product performance, and sales growth.
- Must be able to manage more than 200 staff in several places and be open to travelling.
- The ability to track showroom performance and work with store managers and ASMs to increase mobile sales in particular regions by at least 10% annually.
- Product sourcing, vendor coordination, pricing, assortment planning, and inventory management should all be priorities.
- He should be able to work with suppliers and other partners to coordinate the introduction of new goods and enhance business performance while keeping objective versus achievement.
- It is essential to improve customer happiness, stock movement, sales conversion, and product mix.
- Should be able to find, develop, train, and retain mobile accessories salespeople.
- Appropriate performance monitoring for ongoing success is commendable.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
