NexTrip Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our growing travel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with leads, explaining our travel packages, and converting inquiries into bookings.
Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential customers.
* Follow up on inquiries generated through social media, website, and other sources.
* Explain domestic and international tour packages.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel plans.
* Schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
* Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
* Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Requirements
* Minimum Plus Two or any Bachelor's degree.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Malayalam (Tamil is an added advantage).
* Good convincing and negotiation skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and MS Office.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
