Giftlaya is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Onboarding Executive to help expand our growing partner ecosystem across India. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building long-term relationships, and helping businesses and professionals get started on digital platforms. You will work closely with decorators, gifting partners, educators, institutions, and other business partners while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience from the first conversation to successful activation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential partners through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Explain the partnership model, platform benefits, and onboarding process in a professional and convincing manner.
- Guide new partners through registration, documentation, verification, and account activation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick and hassle-free onboarding.
- Conduct online demonstrations and walkthroughs whenever required.
- Maintain accurate onboarding records using CRM and spreadsheets.
- Regularly follow up with prospective and inactive partners to improve activation rates.
- Build strong relationships with partners and act as their first point of contact during onboarding.
- Collect partner feedback and share valuable insights with the product and operations teams.
- Achieve monthly onboarding and activation targets while maintaining high-quality partner experience.
Who You Will Work With
Your role may involve onboarding professionals and businesses from various categories including event decorators, gifting partners, educational institutions, faculty members, trainers, coaching organizations, and other service providers as our platforms continue to expand.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional regional languages will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and professionals over calls and video meetings.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and online productivity tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Partner Onboarding, or Relationship Management is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
