- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Utilize advanced sourcing methods, including social media, networking events, and industry contacts, to engage passive talent.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Manage the offer process by negotiating compensation and presenting employment offers to selected candidates.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters to improve team performance and recruiting techniques.
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights on hiring trends and process effectiveness to key stakeholders.
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with legal requirements and maintain accurate documentation within the applicant tracking system.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between candidates and the company throughout the selection process to ensure a positive experience.
