Job Purpose
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, organizational, and coordination support to senior management. The role involves managing schedules, correspondence, meetings, travel arrangements, confidential information, and follow-ups while ensuring the executive’s day-to-day activities run efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, invitations, and meeting rooms.
Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence, and routine communication on behalf of the executive.
Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
Maintain confidential company, financial, employee, and executive information.
Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Coordinate with senior managers, employees, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, databases, and executive records.
Assist with presentations and business proposals when required.
Monitor important deadlines, commitments, and pending decisions.
Support management in planning events, conferences, and corporate functions.
Conduct research and gather information required for management decisions.
Handle administrative tasks and special projects assigned by senior management.
Represent the executive office professionally and maintain a high level of discretion.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, calendars, and presentation tools.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
