About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Business Development Associate (BDA) Intern to join our team at Alfennzo
. The ideal candidate will help grow our online presence, manage social media activities, and generate international projects through freelance platforms.
This role is ideal for someone interested in business development, digital marketing, client communication, and freelancing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow Alfennzo’s social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and promotional content
Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally
Research and identify potential clients from platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour
Submit proposals and communicate with international clients for project acquisition
Maintain project lead records and follow up with prospects
Coordinate with the internal team regarding client requirements and project updates
Help improve brand visibility and online engagement
Requirements
Strong communication and written English skills
Basic understanding of social media marketing
Familiarity with freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) is a plus
Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of Canva, ChatGPT, or content creation tools preferred
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
