Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in CNC machines and control systems.
- Maintain Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi CNC controllers.
- Repair electrical panels, servo drives, motors, sensors, and PLC systems.
- Minimize machine downtime through effective troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and machine manuals.
- Maintain maintenance records and reports.
- Support machine installation and commissioning activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintenance procedures.
