Responsibilities:
Role Overview:
This exciting role of an Analyst - Ad Operations requires you to creatively manage digital media campaigns for our global brands. Your expertise of ad tech and knowledge of the Digital Market Cycle would make you a great fit for this position. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the Top Global brands and own large and reputed accounts.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Executing end‑to‑end digital advertising operations including campaign setup, trafficking, QA, reporting, and performance monitoring across major ad servers such as CM360, Innovid, and Adform

Review briefs, validate requirements, and ensure all requests follow established SOPs and operational workflows.

Conduct creative checks, gather specs, and ensure all assets meet platform and technical requirements before launch.

Monitor delivery and troubleshoot tracking or implementation issues by coordinating with internal teams and using a foundational understanding of JavaScript, iFrame and HTML tags.

Assist with campaign reports from first-party and third-party platforms and flag any discrepancies for review.

Ensure campaign accuracy, on‑time launches, and adherence to quality standards across trafficking, tagging, and reporting workflows.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for smooth delivery, with optional exposure to client‑facing communication where needed.

Support team leads by providing timely operational updates, issue flagging, and technical clarity to maintain seamless campaign execution.
Qualifications:
-
A full-time graduate degree
-
3-6 years of hands‑on experience managing or executing digital media campaigns.

Working experience with multiple ad servers such as Google Campaign Manager 360, Innovid, or Adform.

Ability to quickly learn new tools, processes, and evolving ad‑tech specifications through on‑the‑job training.

Strong understanding of ad operations fundamentals including trafficking, QA, ad specs, tracking, and optimization workflows.

Ability to troubleshoot delivery, tagging, and platform issues using basic familiarity with JavaScript, iFrame, HTML tags, and ad‑tech environments.

High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks within defined SLAs and quality standards.

Effective communication skills for clear, structured coordination with internal teams across operations, ad‑tech, and creative workflows.
