We are looking for a detail-oriented QC Analyst / Quality Control Technician to join our team and support quality assurance across solar electrical components and assemblies.
Job Description
As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and ensuring the quality of solar DB boxes, electrical wiring, assemblies, and other solar components according to defined quality standards and specifications.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of electrical/electronic components, wiring, testing, assembly, and troubleshooting, along with good attention to detail and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect solar DB boxes, wiring, electrical assemblies, and solar components for quality and workmanship.
- Conduct electrical and functional testing as per established procedures.
- Identify defects, deviations, and quality issues during inspection and testing.
- Verify products against defined specifications, drawings, standards, and quality requirements.
- Check wiring, connections, components, assembly quality, and overall product performance.
- Coordinate with the production and assembly teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Perform troubleshooting and support corrective actions for identified defects.
- Maintain accurate inspection reports, testing records, checklists, and quality documentation.
- Monitor production output to ensure consistent product quality.
- Report recurring defects and quality concerns to the concerned team.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, and production standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve product reliability.
Candidate Requirements
Education:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in quality inspection, electrical/electronic assembly, testing, or a similar role.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in solar products, electrical panels, DB boxes, wiring, or assemblies will be preferred.
