.Job Summary
iTalent India Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Frappe Developer (Fresher) to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python and JavaScript and a keen interest in developing and customizing applications using the Frappe Framework, ERPNext, and Frappe HR. The candidate will be involved in designing, developing, and maintaining business applications, workflow automations, integrations, and custom solutions that enhance organizational efficiency. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ERP and HRMS application development while working on real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development
- Develop, customize, and maintain applications using the Frappe Framework.
- Assist in building and enhancing modules within ERPNext and Frappe HR.
- Develop custom DocTypes, forms, reports, dashboards, and workflows based on business requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following development best practices.
Workflow Automation
- Design and implement workflow automation solutions to streamline business processes.
- Configure notifications, approvals, and automated actions within the Frappe ecosystem.
- Support process improvement initiatives through technology-driven solutions.
User Interface Development
- Develop and enhance user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Frappe frontend tools.
- Improve application usability, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
- Implement UI enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.
System Maintenance & Support
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and technical issues.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, and data integrity.
- Provide technical support for internally developed solutions when required.
Documentation & Collaboration
- Prepare technical documentation for developed features and customizations.
- Collaborate with business users, HR teams, and senior developers to understand requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions to ensure quality development standards.
Required Skills
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python.
- Good understanding of JavaScript.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Web Development Concepts.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Database Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Frappe Framework, ERPNext, or Frappe HR.
- Understanding of REST APIs and web services.
- Exposure to Git/GitHub version control.
- Basic knowledge of Linux environments.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science), or related field.
Experience
- 0–1 Year (Freshers can apply)
- Internship, academic projects, or hands-on experience in Python and JavaScript will be an added advantage.
