Role Description
- Tele-calling totravel agents and corporate clientsfrom the provided database to promote Wormwood Synergy Hotels.
- Explain hotel offerings, facilities, and value propositions clearly to potential clients.
- Generate and fix appointments with corporate clients through tele-calling.
- Conduct field visits / outdoor sales calls to travel agents and corporate clients as and when required.
- Follow up on confirmed bookings to ensure timely receipt of advance payments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to build long-term business relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking confirmations and client servicing.
- Send emails to travel agents and corporate clients to issue hotel rates, contracts, and related sales documents.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, leads, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
