Sales and Marketing Specialist
Job Summary:
In this role, you will lead our growth strategies by bridging the gap between creative marketing campaigns and active sales conversions. You will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing relationships with clients, and elevating our brand presence.
Key Requirement:
We are highly open to ambitious freshers for this role! However, because you will be talking to clients about design projects, prior knowledge, a degree/course, or a deep passion for the interior design, architecture, or real estate industry is highly preferred and will give you a major advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales (60%)
Identify and reach out to prospective residential and commercial clients.
Follow up on inbound inquiries, conduct initial client consultations, and understand their spatial and aesthetic needs.
Coordinate with our senior design team to present proposals, design concepts, and quotes to clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners like architects, real estate agents, and contractors.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Open to Freshers with strong communication skills, or candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with interior design trends, materials, or terminology is a massive plus.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to pitch ideas to premium clients.
Aesthetics: A good eye for design and visuals to ensure our marketing matches the firm’s high standards.
Attributes: High energy, a quick learner, and a self-motivated attitude.
