Deals in rent, lease, sale and purchase of properties of every description, Viz Lands. (Suitable for Residential, Commercial, and Charitable purpose).

Responsibilities:
- Manipulate and edit video pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience, input graphics and sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs.
- Improve and correct lighting, coloring, and faulty footage and ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Design, Fine Arts or related field
- 1-2 years of experience as a Motion Graphics & 3D Animator *OR Fresher with creative skillset
- Prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and basic knowledge of Illustrator).
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity.
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing.
- Creative mind and storytelling skills.
- Highly self-disciplined with time management skills.
