HR Recruiter cum Payroll Executive
About Us: Amutha Surabhi is a well-established and popular pure vegetarian restaurant in Pollachi, known for serving authentic South Indian meals, tiffin items, and a wide variety of dosas in a warm and hygienic dining atmosphere. With a loyal customer base and strong reputation built over the years, we take pride in our quality food, fast service, and welcoming ambiance. We are looking for a dedicated HR professional to handle recruitment and payroll for our team.
Salary: ₹14,000/month (Negotiable at interview based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel staff (kitchen, service, housekeeping, and support roles)
- Source candidates through job portals, walk-ins, references, and local networks
- Screen resumes/candidates and coordinate interviews
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Handle onboarding formalities and documentation for new hires
- Maintain candidate database and a pipeline for recurring hiring needs
Payroll:
- Process monthly payroll for hotel staff accurately and on time
- Maintain attendance, leave, and OT records
- Ensure statutory compliance: PF, ESI, and other applicable regulations
- Generate payslips and resolve payroll-related staff queries
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with full & final settlements for exiting staff
Requirements:
- Freshers welcome; prior experience in HR/recruitment/payroll is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of PF, ESI, and statutory compliance preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel)
- Candidates from Pollachi or nearby areas preferred
