Your role and responsibilities
In this role, Responsible for Sales of Low Voltage Switchgear products for Bhubaneswar and Surrounding Areas. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities.

This role is contributing to the ABB India, Electrification Business, Smart Building Low Voltage Switch-Gear Division as a Sales Specialist for BHUBANESWAR Location.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Sales Planning & Forecasting: Prepare and manage sales plans using company tools, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement recovery plans to address potential order shortfalls.
Generate timely offers and convert orders through effective lead management and opportunity funnel tracking in SFDC.
Revenue & Profitability: Ensure agreed sales volumes and profitable growth by executing an effective and disciplined sales process.r Relationship & Collections: Build strong customer relationships to understand needs, deliver end-to-end solutions, ensure a positive sales experience, and manage timely collection of payments and liabilities.
Marketing & Market Development: Execute efficient marketing activities to communicate value propositions and identify, develop, and capitalize on new market opportunities through cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications for the role:
Education: Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Sales Experience: Minimum 7–8 years of overall sales experience, including 2–5 years in low-voltage switchgear sales.
Demonstrated experience in selling to builders and contractors.
Territory Responsibility: Responsible for sales of low-voltage switchgear products in Bhubaneswar and surrounding areas.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while addressing specific customer needs and resolving issues effectively.
Business Development: Identify and develop new sales opportunities to grow market share and revenue.
Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and submit MIS and sales reports as required, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Demonstrate structured planning, reporting discipline, and alignment with organizational processes.
