Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide excellent customer service by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
- Follow company policies and quality standards while assisting customers.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach.
Qualification:
- Graduate or Undergraduate (depending on company requirements).
- Prior experience in customer service or a BPO is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
