Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and
onboarding for IT and non-IT positions.
* Maintain complete employee lifecycle from onboarding through exit — records, documentation, HR
correspondence (offer/joining/increment/release letters).
* Administer Oracle HCM (Time & Labor, Benefits) for workforce management, leave accruals, attendance
reconciliation, and benefits tracking.
* Collate and analyze HR data on periodic and ad-hoc basis; prepare MIS reports, service-level reports, HR
dashboards, and recruitment trackers using MS Excel.
* Manage multi-shift workforce scheduling, duty rostering, and attendance administration across departments.
* Coordinate payroll inputs, and support employee engagement and stakeholder
communication.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
