The short version
A hands-on internship for someone who wants to learn how a studio actually makes work - how a brand system becomes a daily feed of scroll-stopping content. You will work alongside our design team, execute real assets for real brands, and sharpen your craft on live projects.
Strong interns convert to a full-time junior role.
About Neofox
Neofox Media is a creative production studio of around twenty people in Delhi. We make brand films, social content, campaigns and live-event work for clients like Hyundai, PwC, Shangri-La and Sunburn, and we run our own brands in wedding film (Candid Tales) and D2C pet care (Treat for Tails). We are small, senior and fast, and work goes from idea to delivery without layers of bureaucracy.
What you will do
- Support the design team day to day, creating social posts, stories, resizes, adaptations and emailers, built to brief and on-brand.
- Help build and maintain template systems, asset libraries and reference boards.
- Take a brand system and apply it carefully and consistently across formats.
- Keep files, folders and exports clean and organized.
- Pitch in wherever a busy studio needs an extra pair of hands, and bring your own ideas.
Who you are
- You have a foundation in design, whether from a degree, a course or your own projects, and you want to grow it fast.
- You genuinely care about the details, including typography, spacing and alignment, even at this stage.
- You are comfortable in the Adobe suite (Illustrator and Photoshop), and familiarity with Figma is a plus.
- You are reliable, organized and quick to take feedback.
- You have a real interest in brands, social and design culture.
Bonus points
- A portfolio or side projects you are proud of.
- Basic motion or After Effects skills, or illustration.
- An active presence on social, with a sense of what is good.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
