Job Title: Activities Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Activities Coordinator who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing activities/events to ensure smooth execution and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily activities, events, and programs.
- Manage schedules, timelines, and activity calendars.
- Coordinate with teams, participants, and vendors.
- Maintain records and prepare reports/MIS.
- Handle communication and follow-ups.
- Support event planning and execution.
- Collect feedback and suggest improvements.
- Ensure activities are conducted smoothly.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & documentation.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Teamwork and leadership skills.
Education:
- Graduate (any stream) preferred.
Experience:
- Fresher/Experienced candidates can apply (as per requirement).
