Key Responsibilities:
- Operate ISBM (Injection Stretch Blow Molding) / ASB machines as per production plan and SOPs
- Work as an ASB Machine Operator / ASB Nissei Machine Operator / Single Stage PET Machine Operator / Stretch Blow Molding Operator
- Set and control machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time) as per product specifications
- Handle complete machine processing, including heating, stretching, blowing, and forming of PET bottles
- Monitor machine performance during production and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality output
- Perform mould changeovers and basic troubleshooting of machines
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Maintain daily production reports, machine logs, and rejection records
- Ensure optimal utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage
- Coordinate with the Quality team for inspections and approvals
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report machine breakdowns or abnormalities to the Supervisor immediately
- Support preventive maintenance activities as required
- Adhere to company policies, discipline, and shift schedules
Skills & Competencies:
- Hands-on experience as an ASB Machine Operator / ISBM Blow Molding Operator
- Strong knowledge of PET bottle manufacturing and machine processing
- Ability to handle Single Stage PET and Stretch Blow Molding machines
- Capability to identify and resolve basic machine issues
- Understanding of quality standards and production targets
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
Qualification & Experience:
- Education: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical) preferred
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years as an ASB / ISBM / PET Machine Operator (ASB Nissei preferred)

- Adherence to safety norms and SOPs
- Timely reporting and documentation

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
