2. Identify training needs & formulate & conduct training programs. (Internal & External)
3. Manufacturing Industry Knowledge
4. Knowledge of Rewards & Incentives, Implementing Appraisal systems
5. Excellent Communication skills are a must.
6. Good interpersonal skills / Patience/ Polite
Education - MBA
Experience - 01 to 05 years in Manufacturing Industry.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
