Operate VMC machines as per program and setup
Load/unload components and ensure continuous production
Monitor cycle time and achieve target output
Check dimensions using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge)
Follow work instructions and control quality standards
Identify and report machine/tool issues immediately
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow
