Role Overview
As a Tele Caller, you’ll be the voice of our company—connecting with potential clients, explaining our services, and supporting our logistics operations. No prior experience? No problem. We’ll train you!
We are seeking enthusiastic and articulate Tele Callers to join our dynamic freight forwarding team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and college students looking to build a career in logistics and international trade. Going further a year down the line you will be trained with documentation & customer service roles. And if you are interested then we will give you an opportunity to do business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads
- Explain freight forwarding services (air, sea, and road logistics)
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain call logs and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and documentation
- Assist in lead generation and appointment setting
- Build rapport with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Learn Industry functioning & modus operandi of the business
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, Gujarati or Marathi
- Basic understanding of logistics or willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Qualifications
- Graduate or pursuing graduation (Commerce, Business, or related fields preferred)
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Passion for customer service and logistics

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (full time) – Lunch break 30 mins
- 02:00 PM to 6:00 PM (part time) – No Lunch break
