Job Title: Production / Service Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers in production, assembly, and daily manufacturing activities.
- Troubleshoot production and machine-related issues.
- Install, commission, and support machines at customer sites.
- Conduct machine trials and performance verification.
- Perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
- Prepare and maintain FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, DQ, and PQ documentation.
- Explain validation documents and machine operations to customers.
- Submit daily service reports and work reports.
- Handle production, assembly, and machine inspection activities.
- Collect reference videos and technical information of similar machinery from clients when required.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resolve critical technical issues efficiently and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in machinery manufacturing or service.
- Knowledge of IQ, OQ, DQ, PQ, FAT, and SAT documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for installation and service activities.
- Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally.
