Job Summary
We (MNC) are looking Customer Service Representative (CSR) International process to support our team. The role involves assisting Clients through voice and/or chat channels, resolving account and transaction-related queries, analysing customer data, and ensuring a seamless customer experience while adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle International Client inquiries via voice and/or chat with professionalism and accuracy.
- Analyse client/financial data to resolve inquiries and identify discrepancies.
- Review and validate transactions and account information.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and data security standards.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when required.
- Collaborate with Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to resolve customer issues.
- Meet service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information at all times.
Required Qualifications
- HSC/ Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- minimum 1 year to 6 years of experience in BPO (Customer Service, Financial Services Data Analysis.)
