Job Summary:
The IT Support Engineer is responsible for providing end-to-end IT infrastructure and end-user support, including desktop support, application deployment, network, telephony, printer support, asset management, incident management, vendor coordination, and IT service delivery while ensuring SLA compliance and security standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Application Support
- Support and maintain business applications.
- Coordinate application deployments and escalations with central IT teams.
- Perform SCCM/manual software deployment, patch management, and application lifecycle support.
2. End User Support
- Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, AV systems, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and relocate IT devices.
- Manage IT assets, inventory, endpoint security, Google Workspace, and vendor coordination.
- Handle incidents, service requests, procurement, UPS, DVR, and attendance devices.
3. IT Service Management
- Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and problem management using ITIL.
- Monitor SLA/KPI compliance and maintain operational reports.
- Analyze ticket trends and support infrastructure projects, migrations, office expansions, and RTB locations.
4. Network, Print & Telephony Support
- Provide L1 support for LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, telephony, audio conferencing, printers, and file servers.
- Support WAN provisioning, AirWatch (Workspace ONE), print restoration, and server decommissioning.
