Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Expand market reach by appointing new retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and HORECA customers.
Ensure effective implementation of sales and promotional activities.
Identify new business opportunities and develop untapped markets.
Increase product visibility and brand presence in the market.
Manage and support distributors to ensure optimum stock availability.
Monitor distributor secondary sales and market coverage.
Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up.
Assist distributors in planning sales activities and achieving targets.
- Retail Market Development
Conduct regular market visits and retailer interactions.
Ensure availability of the complete product range at retail outlets.
Generate product awareness among retailers and end consumers.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional schemes.
- HORECA & Institutional Sales
Develop business opportunities with hotels, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, caterers, and institutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities wherever required.
Build long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Reporting & Administration
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain customer database and sales records.
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management.
Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
