Senior Accountant (Offshore) – NetSuite
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to support a large US-based organization. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently on complex accounting assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post complex journal entries.
- Perform reconciliations of complex balance sheet and P&L accounts.
- Review financial data for completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness.
- Handle one-off accounting requests that may not have documented SOPs.
- Investigate discrepancies and identify practical solutions.
- Create customer invoices when required.
- Work independently while proactively communicating progress and issues to the management team.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Required Qualifications
- CA Inter / CMA / M.Com.
- Minimum 4–6 years of accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP is mandatory.
- Experience in accounting finalization and month-end close.
- Prior experience working with an outsourcing company, Shared Service Center (SSC), or multinational company (MNC).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounting workflows.
- Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Work Schedule
- Approximately 5–6 hours of the daily shift will overlap with the US time zone and will be work from home.
- The remaining hours will be day shift.
- After the initial training/onboarding period, the day shift will follow an alternate-day work-from-office schedule.
Selection Process
- Technical accounting assessment.
- English communication assessment.
- Final interview with the client prior to onboarding.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
